This is a teaching that becomes very clear in the current situation with the Covid-19 pandemic.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Last night, president Trump announced that all flights from Europe are suspended for at least 30 days. This means that I will not be able to go to Empty Cloud Monastery and NYC to teach. It also means that I will not be able to travel to Forest Refuge to have a 2-month retreat.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I regret not being able to see friends in NY and not having this wonderful opportunity to go to Forest Refuge. I therefore intend to stay at TIlorien Monastery and do a 2-month retreat here.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We hope that Ayya Anopama will still be able to travel to Tilorien and give daylongs in April and May.
