Topic: “Thoughts, thoughts, thoughts … quieting the mind in meditation”
When we sit in meditation we want to stop, relax and just have some time for ourselves. But our mind seems to have a life of it’s own and is still busy planning or thinking about the events of the day. In this one-day retreat Ven. Vimala will discuss the underlying conditioning behind the thinking mind and give some techniques to quiet the mind with wisdom and understanding.
